 Brian Garrison

President and General Manager of Operations

Brian brings 25 years of experience with him to TSC. His career in the semiconductor industry began with his employment at Intel's FAB6 in 1984. Following his employment at Intel, Brian worked for KLA Instruments (now KLA-Tencor) in sales in the Automated Test Division. In 1996, Brian became a worldwide manager at Cerprobe, responsible for Sales and Marketing for their electrical interface product line. Highly dependent on end-user customers, he successfully developed OEM business with ATE companies for a higher volume product mix. Worldwide sales increased each of the four years of his management. Following his employment with Cerprobe, he was employed by ATE giants Teradyne and Advantest, gaining valuable experience and contacts. Most recently, in January of 2006, Brian began work at RAM as the Worldwide Sales and Marketing Manager where sales increased at least 10% year over year, before the industry slump hit RAM in October of 2008. The market segments in which the company served also became more diversified between OEM and end-users.

 Jamie Lords

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jamie has spent the last 14 Years working in the test and packaging segment of the semiconductor industry. He served as International Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager and Marketing Manager. Jamie also has time in Purchasing, and as a Production Supervisor. During Jamie's tenure as International Sales Manager, he completely revamped RAM's sales infrastructure throughout Asia. He also developed key relationships with Advantest, one of the worlds largest ATE manufacturers.

 Scott Williams

Vice President of Engineering

Scott has been in the test and packaging segment of the semiconductor industry for the last 15 Years. He has served as Engineering and Marketing Management positions at Cerprobe, K&S, and Reid-Ashman. Scott also has time in Applications and Product Development positions. Scott holds multiple Patents for product related to the semiconductor industry. He was Instrumental in designing and introducing an innovative line of test head positioners based on vertical drive technology. This represented the first marketable innovation in the test head positioner segment in almost 27 years.
